OCCT power test shows a lot of error

So, OCCT shows a lot of error when I first did a power test. After 30 min I tried it again and there was no error. How is it possible or what problem is that?

Update:
I wanna know that because I got errors in event viewer on a fresh new clean installed Windows. Yes I installed drivers correctly etc. Im using Windows 11 (nvidia support told me to do that). Errors I get:

Maybe power supply provide uneven voltage. Did u notice anything strange during gaming?

Yes all time. Like the games are changing every time. Once it's slower once it's faster. I ran more CPU and RAM test didn't show any errors. When I apply power to the PSU, the TV that is turned on and playing a program will go black for a few seconds, but then it will come back on immediately.

Sounds like a PSU, electricity supply or socket problem.

Since then I ran it again and still doesnt show errors. I really don't understand.

+1 for sounds like power. If you've altered them, I'd try setting all voltages and power limits to stock and see if that changes anything. Power issues can be tricky, but are often replicable and repeatable if the psu is failing. It could very well be a software issue

I didn't change any power limits, so it's stock. I don't know again I ran a lot of test to see what's the problem. I got no errors. But I still have problems with games. Like they're changing all time once slower once faster.

Your home's electric installment might show problems when pushed by devices drawing much current at the same time and your PSU might get not constant power and you will see unstable performance. For sure a high quality PSU can alleviate some of that problem but not vanish it.

Also, does anyone know what the problem could be, in Windows I get DCOM error 10010 and it's completely random. The network in the house is fine, it's just under loaded, but it should be able to handle a 750W power supply.
